Do you need to get your home sold fast and for the highest possible price? Or perhaps you are looking to sell in the near future and need a checklist of suggested improvements to get your home ready for market.
We are creatives and love the challenge of de-cluttering, updating and, of course, staging your home with new decor. This is a small investment in time and money that will produces a big return. And we can also suggest a Realtor if you don't have one!
What We Do
Our Design and/or Real Estate Sales Team will meet with you to evaluate the property that you are looking to sell. We then will create a checklist of home update suggestions, and our recommendations to what needs to get done. If you are onboard we will then work with your contractor or suggest a trusted one to complete all updates. After those are made we will begin the staging process, to ensure there will be beautiful listing photos and a welcoming open house.
